Maxwell Air Force Base intends to award a contract to Xerox on a sole source basis for the following services: 0001: Xerox WCP 3545, Serial Number TFN-701626 maintenance. (Includes all consumable supplies, excluding paper and staples.) B/W Print allowance per month: 4000 copies, color print allowance: 0. Location: Bldg 694, Maxwell AFB 0002: Xerox Document Center DC340SLX, Serial Number KN0026177 Maintenance. Location: AF/JA 1420 Air Force Pentagon, RM 4E-112, Washington DC, 20330-1420; To cover any overage on monthly copies for the WCP 3545 copier on location. 0003: Xerox Copier Phaser 8860MFP maintenance. Serial Number CRB031563. To cover up to 1500 copies per month. Location: Maxwell AFB 0004: To cover any overage on monthly copies for the WCP 3545 located in Bldg 694.
