The (contractor) shall provide ambulance services (ALS and BLS) to VA beneficiaries receiving care at one or more of the facilities. Upon request by the VA, the contractor shall transport VA beneficiaries from the beneficiaries' place of origin within the contractor's region to the beneficiaries' place of termination.
