- Description
- The following project F2YTAW0147A001 is being advertised as a synopsis for Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA Removal of Existing and Replacement with New Audio/Visual Equipment for the 446th Airlift Wing. The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform removal and replacement of audio/visual equipment for the 446th Airlift Wing Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. This acquisition will be done in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items). The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract using price as the deciding factor. The period of performance will be 45 days from award of contract. The current applicable NAICS code is 334310. The small business size standard is 750 employee's. Solicitation F2YTAW0147A001 will be issued on or about 6 July 2010 and the anticipated response date is 21 July 2010 by 1600 local. A site visit will be conducted on 13 July 2010 at 0900 local. To arrange attendance at the site visit email or call by 1200 on 12 July 2010 either Racheal Lienhard (253)-982-3879 racheal.lienhard@mcchord.af.mil or Ralph Chavez (253) 982-3887 ralph.chavez@mcchord.af.mil The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website (https://www.fbo.gov). No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting customer service at 1-888-227-2423. Contractors must ensure their Representations and Certifications are current. Contractors may electronically complete their Reps and Certs online at http://orca.bpn.gov/. Note: This will be a two step process. Potential offerors must attend the scheduled site visit/walk through to go over all facilities and existing equipment. Each offeror will then submit a proposal detailing their complete audio/visual system that meets the requirement. Note: Offerors must have local representative and support for all scheduled maintenance, service calls, etc.
