- Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic DetachmentNaval Satellite Communications Facility, Lago Patria ItalyRequest for Information (RFI) N00104-10-I-Q785 The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to facilitate NAVICP's Contracting Officer's determination of the market base so that decision a regarding acquisition strategy (set-aside, unrestricted, or limited source) can be made. This RFI will provide NAVSATCOMFAC Lago Patria requirement (Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all exhibits) to allow interested parties (respondents) to submit Past Performance and Corporate Experience information for up to 3 contracts/projects performed within the last 5 years. These submissions will assist in determining respondents abilities most relevant to the RFI with respect to same or similar scope in (Operation and Maintenance of commercial or military satellite operations), same or similar magnitude (performance of services of a dollar value/FTE comparable to the dollar value/FTE) to that which is described in the RFI's PWS), and of the same or similar complexity and quality (comparison of the variety of duties and types of systems supported to those described in the RFI). NAVICP will utilize an on line communication/collaboration system called the eProcurement tool. The pertinent information to this RFI will be available to interested Vendors as uploaded documents in the eProcurement tool. The tool is similar to a large email box but specific to a particular procurement. All communications, Vendor questions /Government responses, and Vendor document submissions, shall be submitted through this tool. Information through email will NOT be accepted unless prior authorization by the KO. All RFI submissions from respondents must be submitted via the NAVICP eProcurement tool no later than COB Monday, July 19, 2010.
