- RFQ worksheet This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Synopsis for Network Buildout Components for the US Secret Service. Items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is USSS229929 and is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-12. The NAICS code is 33111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing. Offerors must be registered in Central Contract Registration (CCR). This acquisition is firm-fixed price and solicited in accordance with 6.1. The description and specification provided herein, is essential to the Government's requirement. The Government has four (4) identical requirements for these components. For program office tracking purposes, the orders must be placed and tracked separately rather than as one combined order. The Government will award four identical purchase orders to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in this synopsis and is the lowest price technically acceptable. Ethernet Routing Switch 5520-48T-PWR with 48 1 Quantity 3 0005 Network Instruments Ethernet Probe EPA2XE-14 - Ethernet Probe Appliance Dual Port 10/100/1000, Advanced Expert Probe Appliance v12.X Quantity - 1 0006 EPA2X-MW - Annual Support Service - 12mos, software maintenance and standard hardware warranty, Advanced expert, dual port 10/100/1000 probe appliance, depot MPLS, MN USA Quantity - 1 The government intends to award four firm, fixed price purchase orders to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Proposal as provided herein.
