- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.navsea.navy.mil/nswc/crane/working/contracting. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. Amendment 0001 This amendment is issued to correct that multiple Basic Ordering Agreement's (BOA's) may be made under the subject solicitation. It is anticipated this action will result in one or more two year BOA's with three one year option periods. Execution of any option periods will be based upon past performance of Job Orders issued under the BOA. The Government anticipates teaming agreements between companies within the industry will be made to meet the Government's requirements. Information regarding any teaming agreements shall be submitted as part of the offeror's proposal.
