THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SYNERGY ENTERPRISES INCORPORATED UNDER CONTRACT NUMBER ED-OSE-10-C-0015 The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) awarded a contract to obtain logistical and administrative support for reviews of RSA programs as required under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. ED-OSE-10-C-0015 was competed and awarded as a fixed price Contract. Two modifications to this contract will be issued to increase ARRA funds for Logistical and Administrative support for 400A Il ARRA Peer Review, T&TA ARRA Review and 406 Capacity Building Peer Review.
