- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of the solicitation for IDIQ Painting Various Facilities. The required support will provide all labor, material, and equipment required to prepare and paint exterior and interior surfaces as specified Performance period is one base year and four one-year option years. In addition, the government may further extend the performance period for up to six months under FAR 52.217-8. Solicitation issue date of 29 Jun 10 and proposal closing date of 29 Jul 10 are tentative. The applicable NAICS Code and size standard for this acquisition are 238320/$14M. The disclosure of magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(e). The minimum value is $400K and maximum value is $5M. The solicitation is unrestricted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstrative Program IAW FAR 19.1007 (b) (1). Contract award will be based on a best value analysis using performance-price, trade-off (PPT) procedures.
