- INFORMATION The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA., intends to procure miscellaneous communications equipment from USMILCOM. Qualified persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or by submitting a proposal. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Offers may be emailed to amanda.c.smith@usmc.mil.
