- The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has an ongoing need to support agency communications operations by providing a contractual vehicle for media monitoring and public relations (PR) management subscription services. The NAICS Code is 518210. Media monitoring and PR management subscription services provide real-time to near real-time monitoring of broadcast, print, Internet, blogs and social media, measurement and analysis tools for dashboard metrics and reports, and media contact management. Purpose: The purpose of this RFI is two-fold. 1. To identify vendors that can provide the required services as indicated; and 2. To solicit information from industry that will assist the agency in conducting a successful procurement. Information Sought: DeCA seeks sources that are interested in providing proposals to meet the following media monitoring and PR management subscription services requirements: 1. A single, integrated platform from one supplier that provides the following: i. Media information ii. News coverage of both traditional and social media iii. Distribution via unlimited email iv. Non-media contact management v. Press inquiry management. 2. Integrated data should be measured through an analytics reporting engine. 3. Integrated abilities to communicate, monitor and provide analysis on social media efforts without need for third party products or services. 4. The system should provide a single comprehensive platform for media relations, news and social media monitoring and advanced analytics. 5. D eCA agency-wide copyright protection that allows unlimited internal distribution rights of news articles without additional fees. 6. Subscription services should be at a flat fee with no per-clip charges. When responding, please provide the following information via email: i. Organization Name ii.
