Description

This solicitation for NSN 5340-99-251-2618, BAE Systems, CAGE U9143, Part Number 75A337858-1003, Critical Safety Item (CSI), is for a Firm Fixed Price quantity contract. Required quantity is 25. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item is BAE SYSTEMS, CAGE U9143. An award is anticipated to be made against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with BAE SYSTEMS. Any manufacturer, other than BAE SYSTEMS, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must advise the buyer prior to the solicitation date of July 19, 2010 in order for a complete solicitation package to be prepared and posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Additionally, any manufacturer, other than BAE SYSTEMS, must submit a complete source approval package. Delivery Schedule: 25 each, 290 days ARO.
