- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Molecular Devices, 1311 Orleans Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089, for continued maintenance on Molecular Devices equipment to last not more than 12 months: Four (4) Spectra Max Plus 384 S/N MN02375, MN02293, MNR05134 and MNR05171; Spectra Max M5 S/N MV02422; and Gene Pix 4200AL S/N 116831. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued.
