- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-10-RP-0257 for the following service: The contractor shall be required to provide Marble Niche Covers to be delivered to FT. Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, Antonio, Texas 78209 within thirty (30) calendar days following the date the order is issued. Potential offerors will submit, at contractor expense, one marble niche cover sample representative of the work to be done, the sample should be in accordance with the specifications listed in the solicitation. This sample should be received and approved prior to the closing date of the solicitation. The contractor shall be responsible for all work at the cemetery: Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical Qualifications, and 3) Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SB). The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is 500 employees. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about July 02, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due on or about 2:00 p.m., July 16, 2010. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments.
