- Field Review of Appraisals for the southeast Counties sof Bannock, Bingham, Bonneville and Jefferson, in the state of Idaho. The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotation (RFQ) number Q0D8AAC0008. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% Small business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531320, Offices of Real Estate Appraisers Services, and the size standard is $2 million. The government contemplates award of a Firm-fixed-price Requirements purchase order to provide interior and exterior Field Review of Appraisal services. During the life of the contract the maximum dollar amount is estimated at $72,000.00. This is an estimate only, and HUD does not guarantee this amount will be paid. The Period of Performance for the enclosed work is a one year base, with four one year option periods. This is a competitive solicitation. HUD intends to award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The work will be performed for the Santa Ana Homeownership Center (SAHOC) who has a need for a Field Review of Appraisals for the southeast Counties of Bannock, Bingham, Bonneville and Jefferson, in the state of Idaho. The solicitation consists of this cover letter, the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order For Commercial Items, and the following six (5) attachments: 1. Section I. Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost 2. Section II. Contract Clauses 3. Section III. Addendum Addendum to FAR 52.214-4 Commercial ditions- Terms And Conditions - Commercial 4. Section IV. Contract Documents, Exhibits, or Attachments A. Statement of Work (SOW) B. Access To Controlled Unclassified Information 5. Section V. Instructions, Evaluation Criteria and Basis for Award. Offerors should review the entire RFQ prior to the submission of a quotation. Submit your statements addressing the selection criteria as stated in the solicitation. Offerors must provide a clear and legible Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number. Questions reg arding this request should be directed in writing to Elizabeth Daniels, Contract Specialist, at elizabeth.daniels@hud.gov. Quotations are due Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at 1:00 local time.
