- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: CL-20 Explosives, Qty 50LBs. This requirement is sole sourced to ATK Launch Systems Inc. P.O. Box 707, M/S T80 Brigham City, UT 84302, due to ATK-Thiokol being the only US manufacturer of CL-20 Explosives. Any firms believing that they can provide the CL-20 Explosives may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality and reliability of the chemical without causing programmatic hardship.
