Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a contract to MGC Data Services, 5010 Millay Court, Carlsbad, CA. The Government intends to contract for services for National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, Division of Adult and Community Health. Title of the Project is Arthritis Behavioral Risk Factor Survey. The contractor will develop automated standardized state surveillance reports that include tables, summary fact sheets and presentation quality graphics. The contract type is anticipated to be fixed price. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting, or exceeding the requirement as stated herein may submit a capabilities statement detailing their capability to include past performance information, which will be considered only if received by response deadline contained in this notice. Email capability statements by the deadline to Priscilla B. Turner at pgt5@cdc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely Within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining wheter to conduct a competitive procurement.
