Description: Remove eight existing rooftop exhaust fans and replace eight rooftop exhaust fans with 1,250 CFM spun aluminum units. Use existing roof curbs with modifications, to accommodate the new exhaust fans. Use existing electrical connections and modify if necessary to meet current electrical building codes. Replace the existing control switch in the Residential Advisor's office with a 24-hour timer switch.
