- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3B7AG0098A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for Furniture. //CLIN 0001: 30 ea Double Bed Frame. 54" wide x 75" Long. Metal Frame with Wooden Slats and support material straps Must be able to hold a UK double mattress (54"x75") Unscrewable Platform legs which can be stowed away flush on frame for storage and transport. Performance characteristics to have been tested by CATAS, manufacturer to meet ISO/EN 1725/98 standards. Option that single components and parts can be replaced from existing inventory or ordered seperatly. Warranty: all components are warrantied against possible breakage for the period of 12 months from the date of delivery, the warranty will assue 10 year coverage for wooden slats and metal frame from date of delivery.. //CLIN 0002: 30 ea 5 Drawer Dresser Assembled 29.5" wide x 23" deep x 45" high 5 full size/width drawers Birch Solids and Veneer Plycore Construction. Drawer front to be curved Curved Black pulls on each drawer Matching Woodgrain plastic laminate top with 3mm PVC edge banding to match shape drawer front Cherry Stain Finish Drawer to be made with dovetail joints. Drawer runner to be sidemounted and heavy ball bearing tacking able to withstand a 75-100lb load test capability with a guarantee for life of drawer. Reinforced Corner Blocks glued and screwed into four corners of base. Weight: no more than 70 kg when unpacked. Warranty: 5 years from delivery date //CLIN 0003: 30 ea 1 Drawer Nightstand Assembled 23.5" wide x 22" deep x 24" high Birch Solids and Veneer Plycore Construction. Drawer front to be curved Curved Black pulls on each drawer Matching Woodgrain plastic laminate top with 3mm PVC edge banding to match shape drawer front Cherry Stain Finish Drawer to be made with dovetail joints. Warranty: 5 years from delivery date //CLIN 0005: 1 ea Door to Door Delivery to 422 CES/CFMO, Bldg 144, RAF Croughton, Northants, NN13 5NQ, UK. // Offer to include descriptive literatureand pictures to demonstrate how items conform to specifications.
