- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.navsea.navy.mil/nswc/crane/working/contracting. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has a requirement for RMHCPU-20 high power DC uninterruptible power supplies. This requirement is planned as a non-competitive, non-commercial Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for a period of three (3) years with a minimum order quantity of one (1) RMHCPU-20 high power DC uninterruptible power supply and a maximum order quantity of ten (10) RMHCPU-20 high power DC uninterruptible power supplies. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 with A.T.S.I. Ltd., 10 Ellwod, St Giles, Bucks HP8 4SU. It has been determined that the UPS RMHCPU-20 is proprietary to A.T.S.I. The proprietary property is not available from the government to be provided for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be available on or about 19 Jul 2010 at Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) or http://www.navsea.navy.mil/nswc/crane/working/contracting/default.aspx. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FBO and/or NECO for any additional amendments that may be issued. Offer must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation. Submitting a bid from the NECO website by clicking on "Submit Bid" does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format.
