- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N2551103351. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFP) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This CMS should support Enterprise 2.0 capabilities of collaboration, micro-blogging, individualization, personalization, and document management. This system shall be based on.net and will function as the base engine for the NPS Intranet System that a core C# development team will maintain (needs to be.net based on in-house skill-sets). The National Park Service seeks a CMS capable of having 5-10 concurrent authoring processes running per instance while serving over 60k page views and 30k nested application views per day per instance. All proposals should include base year plus 4 option year pricing. Following is a brief description of items being procured under this solicitation.
