Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W91248-10-T-0022 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42, dated 16 June 2010. This acquisition is restricted to distributors authorized by Motorola to provide repair/maintenance services on ML900/ML910 Mobile Data Terminals and Wireless Canopy Infrastructure. NAICS is 811213; small business size is $7M. Offer schedule with Contract Line Item Numbers, Quantities, Units of Measure, Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, Wage Determination are available at https://doc.campbell.army.mil and at the end of this announcement under additional documentation. Offers are due not later than 22 Jul 2010: 2:00 PM CDT. All responsible distributors authorized by Motorola to provide repair/maintenance services on ML900/ML910 Mobile Data Terminals and Wireless Canopy Infrastructure may submit a quote that will be considered by this agency. It is contemplated that Period of Performance will be one 11-Month Base Period and Four (4) 12- Month Option Periods. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; is applicable and is tailored as follows: Paragraphs (b)(4), (b)(5), (d), (e), (h), and (i) are deleted. This provision is also addended to incorporate 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (Fill-in information - www.gsa.gov); 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; 52.216-1 Type of Contract (Fill-in information, firm fixed-price); 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options. The successful offeror must be registered in CCR (Central Contractor Registration). CCR website is https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx.
