Description

The goverrment intends to award this request on the basis of best value to the government with other factors considered. The awarded vendor would need to address the following: The Census Bowie Computer Center the 3 camera locations where fiber optic cabling has been broken and the cameras are not transmitting video. The vendor will need to provide a fully wireless soltiion to bring the cameras back online and communicating properly with the Lenel video management system. Video transmitters will be needed at each camera location, as well as three video recievers that will be mounted on the building in the NE, SE, and Loading Dock roof areas. A new coaxial cable will be run from these video receivers back to the video management system that is beside the guard desk in the main lobby. The Government will be responsible for providing 120 volt conditioned power at each wireless transmitter location on the roof. Two 120 volt duplex iutlets in a waterproof enclosure will be needed on the roof in the Southeast corner of the administration building. Two 120 volt duplex outlets will also need to be installed in the loading dock area where the current camera 7 power enters the buliding.
