- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is only available to OakTree Enterprise Solutions, Inc. CMS intends to modify the contract to obtain the required services. OakTree was issued an 8 (a) award to provide Clarity Licenses, Maintenance and Support Services. C.5.2.3.7 HITECH Report Support The contractor shall provide report creation and support. To complete the following tasks: 1. Identify reporting requirements with customer 2. Document requirements and provide a mock up of any reports/portals that are required 3. Review report/portal mockups with customer, obtain concurrence 4. Complete design/development of reports/portals 5. Unit test reports/portals 6. Conduct user acceptance testing of reports/portals 7. Implementation 8. Post Implementation review/testing
