- This pre-solicitation notice is for Lodging in Pittsburgh, PA. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its proposal the technical approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor and must submit a complete technical proposal for evaluation purposes. (Again, this is not asolicitation for Event Planning Services. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable). The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 06 September 2010 - 12 September 2010. This acquisition is is n unrestricted procurement. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, size standard of $7.0 Million. The solicitation will be posted on or about 10 July 2010 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
