- This is a Notice of Intent, not a Request for Proposal. A solicitation document will not be issued and proposals will not be requested. The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center (JCMVAMC) intends to negotiate and award on a noncompetitive basis to ERBE USA Inc, for purchase of the below items. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the minimum agency requirements. The NAICS code is 423450. To date our market research indicates ERBE USA Inc is the only company we are aware of who can provide this product. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements of this notice, it may request a copy of the Request for Quote from Jared Cariker at 918-577-3616 or via email at Jared.Cariker@va.gov.
