- Solicitation F10-1470 (Formerly issued as a Sources Sought Notification) is hereby released as a Request for Proposal under the same number. Interested parties are requested to submit proposals by August 13, 2010 to: SAIC-Frederick, Operational and Technical Support Contractor, Attn: Matthew Hull, at SAIC-Frederick, Bldg. 1050 Room 101, P.O. Box B, Boyles Street, Frederick, MD 21702. Questions shall be received via email only at matthew.hull@mail.nih.gov. The schedule below is the anticipated schedule for the construction solicitation. This schedule is solely intended to allow the contractors to schedule ahead for up coming events and to plan accordingly. This schedule is not intended to be all inclusive and is subject to change. Mid to Late June of 2010: Completed Mid July 2010: Completed July, 20 2010: Conduct Site Visits and Question/Answer period August 13, 2010 Proposal due date TBD but NLT 10/2010 Award Constructions Substantial Completion Part of Technical Evaluation "Issue for Bid Set" Drawings and Specifications are available for purchase and/or review. • Drawing and Specifications may be purchased from the following company: Engineering Graphics, Inc. 5103-B Pegasus Court Frederick, MD 21704 Tele: 301-668-8944 Fax: 301-668-8946 frederick@egicopycenter.com • Drawings and Specification will be available for review at SAIC-F's facility located at Ft. Detrick, MD. o Drawings and Specifications will be available for viewing from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. o Contact: Matthew Hull - 301-846-6998 or Cheryl Charles - 301-846-1460 o No access to a copier will be provided nor will documents be allowed to leave the viewing room Please be aware of the following statement that will be included into the solicitation: General Contractors will be subject to the approval of the landlord which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed and which approval shall be deemed given for any general contractors listed among the top 100 general contractors in "Engineering News Record" (ENR).
