Description: The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 600 rentable square feet in the Columbia River area of Washington or Oregon. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 600 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (Usable) square feet, of office space available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Delineated Area is: North: One mile north of Highway 14 in Washington South: One mile south of Highway 30 in Oregon East: Highway 97 in Washington and The Dalles in Oregon West: Stevenson in Washington and Hood River in Oregon The proposed lease is for five (5) years firm and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 16, 2011. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of rental consideration and the offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. For questions, comments or concerns regarding this project, contact GSA's National Broker Contractor Representative, Eric Kuehl, LaBonde Land, Inc. at 206-623-1633. Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via email, or fax, and should provide the site address, size, and the offered square footage. Responses must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 26, 2010. GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of GSA or their authorized representative LaBonde Land, Inc./Studley. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by broker/agent must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the ownership of the building or property.
