This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source(s) and their distributors/dealers. (66752) P/N NJ 1.5-18GM-E-D-Y16149 I/A/W DRAWING NR 53711 53X-00-100; REFNO; AMEND NR E; DTD 09/15/90; TYPE NUMBER SHIPPING DESTINATION IS: W62G2T, W1BG DEF DIST DEPOT SAN JOAQUN, 25600 S CHRISMAN ROAD, REC WHSE 16B PH 209 839 4307, TRACY CA 95304-5000, US THE USE OF ANY CLASS I OZONE-DEPLETING SUBSTANCE (ODS) IN THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURING, TESTING, CLEANING, OR ANY OTHER PROCESS FOR THIS ITEM UNDER ANY MILITARY OR FEDERAL SPECIFICATION, STANDARD OR DRAWING REFERENCED IN THIS ITEM DESCRIPTION IS "PROHIBITED" UNLESS THE SEPARATE WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER IS OBTAINED. THIS PROHIBITION SUPERSEDES ALL SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BUT DOES NOT ALLEVIATE ANY PRODUCT PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
