- This acquisition is to purchase the following items: NSN: 4920-01-557-1743LG, P/N: PSDAF-105 and NSN: 6150-01-335-3095LG, P/N: PSDAF-102, Noun: Adapter, Test and Cable Assembly, in support of C-130 Aircraft. FUNC: The function of this test adapter and adapter cables are to measure and calibrate the individual fuel probes and compensator capacitances. The test adapter and adapter cables interfaces with the PSD-60AF1 And PSD90-1C test sets and connects to the electrical harness connections for inboard main tanks, outboard main tanks, auxiliary tanks, and external tanks. The basic BEQ quantity is 9 each. There will be the basic contract and 4 annual options. The BEQ for the option years is 10. No technical data is available for manufacturing. Destination: Foreign Military Sales. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. See WEB page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Sole Source to Aeroflex Wichita, Inc, (CAGE 51190), 14408 W. 105 th St, Lenexa, KS 66215. Justification: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
