- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3440147A903; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42 effective 16 Jun 2010; Defense DCN 20100623 effective 23 Jun 2010, and AFAC 2010-0402 effective 02 Apr 2010. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413. The business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 1680. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3499. Travis AFB has a requirement for Electric coffee pots CLIN 0001- Electric coffee pots, 2 Gallon Stainless steel electric coffee jug to service both KC-10 and C-17 in support of 60 AMW. Eletrically heated container, designated CNU-2/C for storing and serving beverages aboard long range aircraft. Two-gallon capacity; corrosion-resistant steel outer shell and inner vessel; cover provided with dry-ice well and snap locking device closure. Complete unit consists of heater tray rivet assembly, soft rubber gasket, adapter, Cannon insert, thrermostat, rubber gasket, and wiring diagram. Insulated jug requires heater assembly. This jug must be compatible with both C-17 and KC-10 aircraft. 53 Each CLIN 0002 - Freight/Shipping. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. Please provide delivery times within your quote. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
