- (Subject Continued) Distribution Lines, Bldg 2248, PROJECT NUMBER 38959, Repair Water System Controls This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because a statute exists that expressly authorizes or requires that the acquisition be made from a specific source or through another agency (FAR 6.302-5); specifically, Sole source awards under the 8(a) Program. Per FAR 6.302-5 a J&A is not required for this award. Exercising Options 1 through 5. Option 1 add the Monitoring and Controls for all the AHU's and Building Manager Screens in all eleven buildings. Option 2 add the Historian Software Package Upgrade. Option 3 add the Asset Center Server Package Upgrade. Option 4 add the 5th Server dedicated to the eleven. Option 5 add the tying in various existing buildings control systems into the new control center. Option 6 add the replacement of the existing screens with new screens at the Control Center.
