Description

Provide Request for Proposal for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, overhead, profit and any misc. costs to perform all work for the roof replacement on the Frank Wallace House at the Harry S Truman National Historic Site, Independence, MO. This project is solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656 and is set-aside for an emerging small business. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160. Small business size standard is $14M. Cost range is below $25,000. Type of award will be a firm-fixed price. Davis-Bacon Act for wage determinations will apply. The solicitation along with attachments and any amendments will be issued electronically and downloaded at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on 07/15/2010. No hard copies will be issued. A site visit is scheduled for 07/26/2010, 10:00 AM at the Frank Wallace House, 601 West Truman Road, Independence, MO. Anticipated period of performance is 60 days. Prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov with the required NAICS code and have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov in order to receive a government award.
