Questions and Answers pertaining to VA-241-10-RQ-0457, July 15, 2010 1)QUESTION: Line Item G, estimated workload - Buprenorphine is not listed. ANSWER: Buprenorphine confirmation volume from Q1& Q2 2010: 0 2)QUESTION: Do we answer YES to every line item and provide written documentation for Line Items C, D, E? ANSWER: All offerors must provide a positive response to every line item listed below. It is up to the vendors how they wish to spell out the written response. 3)QUESTION: In the solicitation is states "Please state how your company will track these specimens during transit in your final response." So I assume a "chain of custody" receipt is not required but I just wanted to make sure since we do not do chain of custody but we do track specimen shipping. ANSWER: This is referring to specimen tracking, not chain of custody.
