- Staffing Profile Worksheet (Excel format required for FTE calculation) Performance Work Statement (PWS), NS Rota, Spain, SP0600-10-R-0531 NS Rota, Spain, Solicitation SP0600-10-R-0531 Fuel services at Government-owned, Contractor operated (GOCO) hydrant facility to include alongside aircraft refueling and operation and maintenance of the hydrant system at NS Rota, Spain. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, and equipment to maintain and operate Government (Navy) owned fuel hydrant equipment at NS Rota, Spain. No contractor furnished equipment, except for tools is required. The estimated performance period is June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2016. This is a new requirement, and the procurement will be unrestricted. Questions should be emailed to the email addresses within this announcement. Best Value Source Selection procedures will be used in this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 10, 2010 at NS Rota, Spain. See clause 52.215-9F20 on page 75 of the solicitation for details.
