- Existing Spring Rockers Manual THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. A REQUEST FOR QUOTE FORM IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. ************************************************************************************** Purchase Request Number: F3W7T10147A003A Request for Quote. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42. ************************************************************************************** Performance of the following service: Requirement: Purchase, delivery, assembly, and installation of a playground "lookout" tower (with a ramp, a vertical climbing pole, and an interior with 3 climbing levels, to resemble an air traffic control tower), a hexagonal system (with 2 horizontal bars, 1 climbing net, 2 vertical climbing poles, 1 rung element, and 6 galvanized post bases), one playground horse rocker and one playground duck rocker, plus the installation of two brand new rockers that were previously purchased. All installation sites must have ground dug out and safety ground cover material applied. A wind-resistant pour-in surface is required. There are two wooden horseshoe boxes that will need to be dug up and removed from the site. Reconstruction of the landscaping is required upon removal. An additional site must be cut out and abovementioned safety ground cover material applied for the relocation of an existing playground structure that resembles a plane. All equipment and installation must be in accordance with CPSC, ASTM, and ADA requirements. An official CPSI Report indicating such requirements were met is required upon completion. The actual relocation of the plane is requested under separate Request for Quote F3W7T10147A003B. Pictures of the equipment required are attached. Equal items must be accompanied by product descriptions and specifications and are subject to technical review (IAW FAR 52.211-6). Please include warranty information and procedures with your quote. Pictures and illustrations of the proposed equipment are required to be included with quotes. A site visit is being held on 15 Jul 2010 at 1000.
