- Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from end of fiscal year funding. No legal liability on the part of the Government for payment of any money shall arise unless, and until, funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this procurement and award has been made by the Contracting Officer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside 100% for SMALL-BUSINESS ONLY. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting, Size Standard 750 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request Number F2K3AQ0169A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
