Description
RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W91238-09-D-0029 Brown and Caldwell/URS A Joint Venture; W91238-09-D-0030 MWH Americas, Inc.; W91238-09-D-0031 Tetra Tech, Inc. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to acquire environmental assessment services under a fixed price Competitive Task Order under Unrestricted Environmental Planning IDIQ Contracts. Period of Performance for Service: From date of award at the end of July 2010, to 30 June 2011 with option periods extending to 30 September 2012 (Estimated) This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: B510, SIC CODE: 8999, NAICS Code: 541620. The size standard for this code is $7 Million. All questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer, Noelani Niki Haas, at (916) 557-7027, FAX: No.: (916) 557-7854, e-mail Noelani.N.Haas@usace.army.mil. The Contractor shall provide a Programmatic Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Draft Environmental Impact Report, a Programmatic Final Environmental Impact Statement and Final Environmental Impact Report, a Programmatic Biological Assessment, a National Historic Preservation Act Programmatic Agreement, and Clean Water Act Certification on potential impacts that would result from the proposed actions implemented by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers under the authority of the Farmington Groundwater Recharge Project. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal letters will be issued on or about July 22, 2010. THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS
