Caldwell, Contract Specialist, Fax: 256-313-4144, NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Government proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis and source directed Foreign Military Sales procurement from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando, Cage Code 04939, twenty-three (23) each M-TADS Arrowhead Upgrade Kits, twenty-three (23) each M-TADS Partial B-Kits, twenty-three (23) each M-TADS Electronic Display and Control (TEDAC) units, one (1) lot M-TADS Initial Spares, one (1) lot M-TADS Replenishment Spares, one (1) lot (as option) M-TADS War Reserve Spares, one (1) lot Time & Material (T&M) services, two (2) lots Flight Line Spares, one (1) lot M-TADS Legacy Modification, one (1) lot (as option) Maintainer Training, and one (1) each TTUR B-Kits. The Government intends to award the options under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. Only Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando possesses the technical expertise, data and experience necessary to execute this requirement.
