- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane.Quantity 425 Each of TR-343 BOOT ASSEMBLY USED IN TRANSDUCER. IN ACCORDANCE WITH DRAWING 7344008, 77D612092, PL 7344008G1, AND MATERIAL SPEC 7819416. The Government does possess a Technical Drawing Package (TDP) for this procurement that is available on a restrictive basis only. To request the TDP: Contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the TDP for this procurement. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet at www.ccr.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The items being purchased will be manufactured in accordance with Government Drawing Packages. These drawings will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. Interested contractors must be registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the package.Evaluation Criteria: Selection for award will be based on the following factors in descending order of importance: EVALUATION FACTORS Technical Conformance to Specifications and Drawings. Price Past Performance Delivery Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-T-0263 http://www.navsea.navy.mil/nswc/crane/working/contracting/default.aspx is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
