Description

Air Combat Command (ACC) AMIC/PKA intends to make a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to The Boeing Corporation (Boeing), in support of ACC/A7XE. The Air Force Explosive Ordnance (EOD) Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) mission requires the SUGV-310 robotic platforms and various assessories. Orders will be placed as funds are available, with a ceiling of 70 robotic platforms. Boeing is the proprietary manufacturer of the SUGV-310 robotic platforms. The contractor will provide all required services and equipment to manufacture the robotic systems. The source of the statutory authority permitting this acquisition method is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as stated in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).
