- Description
- The US General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease a minimum of 22,540 rentable square feet of office and related space and 74 parking spaces. The rentable square feet of space will consist of 8,540 square feet of office space, 1,700 square feet of warehouse space, 12,300 square feet of wareyard space. The parking spaces will consist of twenty two (22) secured parking spaces for government vehicles, ten (10) spaces for visitors, including two (2) pull 40' through spaces for large RV or trailered vehicles, and forty- four (44) spaces for employees, including two (2) handicapped spaces. Offered space shall be in an existing building, within the delineated area to include: the city limits of Kemmerer, Frontier, or Diamondville, WY. Site must have immediate and safe access to Highway 233, 30, 30 Alternate or 189. Buildings on the Historic Register, eligible for the Historic Register, or within a Historic district within the delineated area are encouraged to offer. All space must be windowed, and contiguous on the ground floor or above. The site MAY NOT be located in the 100 year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Other agency specific requirements are 24/7 access. The site shall have superior public visibility and accessibility, as well as easy and safe ingress and egress for motor vehicles. The building, space, and all parking must be accessible for the physically challenged in compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS). Building space shall meet all fire and life safety and federal seismic requirements. The lease term shall be for 20 years, 15 years firm with completion of tenant improvements and occupancy by June 1, 2012 or sooner.
