- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. This opportunity (Solicitation # RMO00278-1) is available as a competitive task order only to contractors that were awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Construction Manager as Constructor Contract in the geographic area described as the Greater St. Louis Metro Area, including the cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri for GSA Region 6 (GS06P07GYD0012-17). A listing of the contractors is attached for informational purposes and subcontracting opportunities. The estimated closing proposal response date is August 9, 2010. The estimated award date is August 18, 2010. The FSC Code is Z111, NAICS Code 236220, and the size standard is $33,500,000. Estimated amount of this task order is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The task order will use CMc Method 1. After evaluation of offers is completed, the Government intends to make award to one responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. For this solicitation, technical quality will be significantly more important than cost or price. As proposals become more equal in their technical merit, the price becomes more important. Offerors who meet the minimum requirements listed will not necessarily obtain maximum score. The work to be delivered under this task order includes, but is not limited to: providing seismic upgrades for the track shed of Building 110. Additional electrical, concrete, structural, roofing, fire protection work, and lead based paint removal will be provided as specified. The work will be performed at the Goodfellow Federal Complex, 4300 Goodfellow Blvd Bldg 110, St. Louis, MO.
