- RFQ # FA5205-10-Q-MV02 RFQ # FA5205-10-Q-MV02 The 35th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order to SirsiDynix in USA for the purchase of the maintenance service of annual unicorn software manufactured by SirsiDynix. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. Quotes are not being requested. The justification for this sole source procurement is described in the attached Determination and Findings. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 4 Aug 10. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
