Description
Solicitation Number: DTFASO-10-R-00140 For Construction of a Concrete Platform and a Hazardous Materials Storage Building in accordance with the statement of work/specifications for the Miami Air Route Traffic Control Center, Miami, Florida. Estimated performance time: 60 calendar daysDue date for Offers: 16 August, 2010Estimated price range: $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 Estimated start date for the project: August 2010 This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. (1st - 8(a) certified small businesses, 2nd Small businesses to include Service Disabled and Women Own businesses and 3rd Large Businesses). Each tier will be evaluated using the procedure outline below: a) A determination of insufficient competition or unreasonable price will be made before the next tier is evaluated. b) Directions on tired evaluation are outlined in Section M, in addition to evaluation factors for award.
