- Confidential Information and Non-Disclosure IP Telephone RFP Document The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is requesting proposals for the purchase, implementation, and warranty maintenance of a new Avaya IP Telephony (IPT) system in the following location: Old Chamber Building - Billings 301 27th Street, Suite 200 Billings, Montana 59101 A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time as specified in Section　L.2 of the solicitation document. In order to receive a copy of the Attachments referenced in the solicitation document, potential offerors (e.g., vendors) will need to perform the following (a) Confirm interest in responding to this solicitation on the FedBizOpps web site. Vendors will need to add themselves to the "Interested Vendors List" and enter the requested information. (b) Complete and return the Confidential Information and Non-disclosure Form to the Contracting Officer specified in Section G.2 of the solicitation document.
