- Criminal History Background Check Release Form This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined synopsis/solicitation number F2R3S10116A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 332311 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42 effective 16 Jul 2010 and the Defense Federal Acquisition (DFARS) Publication Notice 20100713. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet at website http://farsite.hill.af.mil. CLIN 0001: Provide a Shade Canopy Structure with dimensions 60'L x 30'W x 12' H Opening; Frame is a tubular steel structure, powder coated in medium to dark bronze (i.e. dark brown); Canopy material is desert sand color. Canopy cloth must have minimum of 90% UV protection. Structure and canopy capable of withstanding minimum 80 MPH winds. (1 EA) CLIN 0002: Delivery to Laughlin AFB, TX (1 PK) CLIN 0003: Installation of structure with concrete.
