Description

RECOVERY - The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO), on behalf of the Havasupai Elementary School, is issuing this solicitation notice for purchase of Math & Reading textbooks and materials. The procurement method is Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the BIA intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Contract for the purchase of these textbooks and materials. This project is classified under NAICS Code 511130. The solicitation will be available immediately (July 23, 2010). THIS SOLICITATION IS FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA), PUBLIC LAW 111-5, AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH ARRA STATUTE AND ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS, PROVISIONS, POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND CLAUSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 1512 OF THE ARRA AND OTHER ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY CONDITIONS.
