- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0607 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44, Defense Circular Number 20100713, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0402. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 484210. Purchase the following: 0001 - Moving services required to move, pack disassemble and assemble approximatly 60 offices supplies, furniture, computer equipment, safes and other equipment from building 1630 to other buildings on Davis-Monthan AFB IAW the attached statement of work. ATTENTION: A walk through will be conducted on July 26 2010, at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. All interested vendors will meet at the DM craycroft gate by 12:45pm on Monday July 26. Please see attached statement of work. Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1PTR2 - 355 CMS/CSR DMAFB Tucson, AZ. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
