- Furnish all labor, supervision, facilities, tools, materials, equipment, containers, and vehicles as required and necessary for the performance of all operations incidental to the Collection and Disposal of Refuse Services generated at Fort Benning, Georgia as ordered during the base period November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011 with two option years. This solicitation is a first-time 3-in-1 approach that will include the requirement to provide multiple proposals in response to one solicitation based on Common Levels of Service (CLS) PWS and pricing, Scheduled Pick-ups (SPs) PWS and pricing, and a Statement of Objectives (SOO) of Contractors original PWS and pricing. Based on a two-phase best approach method, only one of the three methods will be the basis of award. A Preproposal Conference is scheduled for August 17, 2010, 2:00 p.m. local time and the 3-in-1 approach and the requirement evaluation will be discussed in detail. This solicitation is for a firm-fixed-priced contract and is Unrestricted pursuant to the Under Secretary of Defense memorandum of June 16, 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111 with the size standard not to exceed $12.5M. The Solicitation will be available on or about August 9, 2010 and will be available on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov or Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI), Acquisition Business Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi.
