- Description
- The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Mumps Audiofax Inc dba Audiocare systems for the procurement of a standalone telephone system for pharmacy, scheduling, prosthetics, and care coordinator/home telehealth deliverable F.O.B. Destination to the Department of Veterans Affairs, 2101 Elm Street, Fargo ND 58102 as part of a nationwide service contract. This notice is issued IAW FAR 5.203. NAICS code # 541512 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.. The anticipated award date is on or before August 6th, 2010.
